All Saints’ Day
01 November is the day the liturgical Church recognizes all saints. We'd like to encourage you to not forget the Queer ones (as well as those who ought to be Christian saints but have been overlooked, suppressed or discounted)! Since 2009, observed on the first Sunday in November as a day that celebrates life and the love between transgender parents and their children, and between parents and their transgender children.

Intersex Day of Remembrance (Intersex Solidarity Day)
The Intersex Day of Remembrance is celebrated on the birthday of Herculine Barbin. Later known as Abel Barbin, Herculine was a French intersex person who was assigned female at birth in 1838 and raised in a convent, but was later reclassified as male by a court of law, after an affair and physical examination. The commemoration began as Intersex Solidarity Day in 2005, following an invitation issued by Joëlle-Circé Laramée, the then Canadian spokeswoman for Organization Intersex International.

Transgender Awareness Week
Every 13-19 November since 2017, transgender people and their allies take action to bring attention to the community by educating the public about who transgender people are, sharing stories and experiences, and advancing advocacy around the issues of prejudice, discrimination, and violence that affect the transgender community.

International Men’s Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities. We highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s well-being. Our theme for 2024 is “Positive Male Role Models.” More at internationalmensday.com.

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR)
